How do I take advantage of the Aimbridge Hospitality Benefit Program?

  1. Use www.aimbridgerates.com to locate an Aimbridge managed hotel near your destination.  
  2. Select a hotel, and then click on the appropriate booking link. You will be rerouted to the brand-managed booking site with a discount code pre-loaded.
  3. Search for your dates of travel to determine availability. Discounted rooms are offered on a space available basis. If you do not find the rate available online, and if your plans are flexible, please try checking alternate dates or another near-by Aimbridge managed hotel.
  4. Complete your reservation using the brand-managed booking site.
  5. When Booking an Associate Rate: On the day of your reservation, you must present your Aimbridge Passport upon check-in. If an Aimbridge Passport is not presented, you will pay the walk-in rate available to the general public. Picture identification must also be presented at check-in.
  6. When Booking a Friend & Family Rate: Print the attached Friends & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorization form. Complete the ‘Friends or Family Member Reservation Details’ section of the form. You and your General Manager or Human Resources Manager must sign the authorization form. Then, send the signed authorization form to your friend or family member. They will surrender the completed authorization from to the front desk when they check-in.

 
What is an Aimbridge Passport?
The Aimbridge Passport is a company-issued identification card that grants you permission to check-in at an Aimbridge managed hotel when using a discounted associate rate. Aimbridge Passports are issued four times per year (on or around the beginning of each calendar quarter) and are valid for a 3 months at a time.

What is a Friends & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorization?

The Friends & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorization is a form that grants your friends or family members permission to check-in at an Aimbridge managed hotel when using a discounted Friends & Family Rate. Authorization forms must be completed and signed by Associates, and also signed by their General Manager or Human Resources Manager before they are valid. An authorization form must be completed for each Friend & Family reservation, and are retained by the host hotel upon check-in. 

How do I receive my Aimbridge Passport or Friends & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorization?
Aimbridge Passports and Friend & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorizations are emailed to associates four times per year (on or around the beginning of each calendar quarter). Associates must have a Personal Email on their My.AimbridgeHospitality profile to be eligible to receive an Aimbridge Passport.

I never received an Aimbridge Passport. How do I receive a replacement?
You must first have a Personal Email on your My.AimbridgeHospitality profile. Once that is added, your General Manager has access to request a new Aimbridge Passport in My.AimbridgeHospitality. A replacement card will then be emailed to you directly.

Terms & Conditions of Hospitality Benefit Program
Room rates are offered on a space available basis.

  1. Reservations must be made online through the following website: aimbridgerates.com
  2. Please do not call a hotel’s front desk or management to make a reservation. If you do not find the Associate or Friends & Family Rate available online, unfortunately the discounted rate is not available on your selected dates. If your plans are flexible, please try checking alternate dates.
  3. For Associate Rates: You must present an Aimbridge Passport card at check-in to be eligible for the discounted rate. If an Aimbridge Passport is not presented, you will pay the walk-in rate available to the general public. Picture Identification (ie- state issued ID card or driver’s license) must also be presented at check-in.
  4. For Friends & Family Rates: Your friend or family member must present a completed Friend & Family Hospitality Benefit Authorization at check-in to be eligible for the discounted rate. The confirmation number on your authorization form must match the confirmation number on the reservation. If a form is incomplete or not presented, they will pay the walk-in rate available to the general public. Picture Identification that matches the name on the reservation (ie- state issued ID card or driver’s license) must also be presented at check-in
  5. You may not stay at the hotel at which you are employed.
  6. The Hospitality Benefit Program is for recreational use. The program cannot be used for business travel. Use of the program is limited to 7 consecutive nights.
  7. Use of the Hospitality Benefit Program is a privilege. Your conduct and professionalism, as well as those persons in your party, is a representation of the company and its properties. Any inappropriate conduct or behavior will be dealt with as misconduct in accordance with the associate’s employment.
  8. Falsification or misrepresentation regarding the use of, or information on, this authorization card will constitute grounds for immediate termination of the associate’s employment.
  9. Aimbridge Passports must be surrendered to your manager when your employment ends.
  10. The opportunity to utilize this program can be terminated in whole or in part without notice at the company’s discretion.
